Power for Kids & Teens

January 10 - February 28, March 14 - May 9 (no class April 4)

Tuesdays @ 5:00PM - 5:45PM

Ages 10-14

Power for Kids & Teens is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers to help them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. This class is perfect for learning effective exercise as well as conditioning to prepare for sports seasons.

Preschool Yoga

January 10 - February 14, March 14-April 25 (No class April 4)

Tuesdays @ 12:50 PM - 1:40 PM

Ages 3-5

Join this fun class to learn the practice of yoga through games, stories, poses, and mindfulness exercises all taught in a fun peaceful environment.
