With our state-of-the-art fitness and strength equipment, friendly personal trainers and an extensive array of group exercise and mind/body classes, our Fitness Center helps to motivate, inspire and keep members of all ages and fitness levels feeling their best.

Facilities

The Fitness Center equipment features the latest technology, including built in televisions, fans and Wi-fi along with larger screen televisions spread throughout the facility. Babysitting services are also available.

Age Guidelines for Safe and Effective Fitness Center Use

For the safety and well-being of our members, children under 13 are not permitted in the Weinstein JCC Fitness Center. Members aged 13 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult and complete an orientation with our fitness staff. We recommend at least three personal training sessions for teens to ensure safe and effective workouts. At age 16, members are considered adults and follow adult guidelines.
