Intro to Ballet I classes combine stories and music in a child-friendly setting to help students develop body/spatial awareness, rhythm, flexibility, balance, coordination, memorization skills, and confidence. Students will be introduced to beginning ballet technique and learn basic ballet terminology.
This full-year class is designed for boys and girls to express creative movement and learn the basics of hip hop dance. Children will focus on basic technique and skills, as well as learning choreography. Each class is a fun way to listen and move to the beats of hip hop and classic children’s music. The Dance Recital will be held April 27, 2025.

Parent and Child Aquatics introduces basic skills to parents and children. Parents learn how to safely work with their child in the water, including how to appropriately support and hold their child in the water and how to prepare and encourage their child to participate fully and try the skills. Children receive an introduction to basic skills that lay a foundation for learning to swim. In addition, parents are introduced to several water safety topics.

Level 2 helps children gain greater independence in their skills and develop more comfort in and around water. Skills to be taught include entering and exiting the water, bobbing, opening eyes underwater and retrieving submerged objects, front floating, back gliding and floating,
rolling from front to back and back to front, treading water using arms and legs, combining arm and leg actions on front and back, finning arm action on back and age-appropriate water safety skills.

Preschool Level 3 helps children start to gain basic swimming propulsive skills to be comfortable in and around water. Skills to be taught include entering the water, fully submerging, and holding breath in the water, bobbing, rotary breathing, front, jellyfish, and tuck floating, front
and back floating or gliding with recoveries, changing direction of travel while swimming on front and back, finning arm action on back and age-appropriate water safety topics.
Equipping young children with basic t-ball skills. Learning a new sport can vastly help your child develop social and motor skills. In this class, your child will learn fundamental t-ball, including hitting, throwing, and catching. Base running is also another aspect this class will explore. This is a great recreational class focused on teaching your child a new sport, sportsmanship, listening skills, and teamwork.
Equipping young children with basic soccer skills. Learning a new sport can help your child develop social and motor skills. In this class, your child will learn fundamental soccer skills, including dribbling, passing and scoring. The lessons taught over the eight sessions will build and end with participants combining all their newly learned skills in a game. This is a fun, recreational class focused on teaching your child sportsmanship, listening skills and teamwork.
Taekwondo is a unique martial arts program that teaches kids how to move better, avoid problems, and solve challenges creatively. Instead of emphasizing fighting or competition, our preschool classes use fun, age–appropriate games that naturally build these important skills. Our preschool martial arts program is designed with young children in mind, focusing on fun, safe, and engaging activities that build both the body and mind.

Coordination can easily be one of the most important skills in playing any sport. In this fun introductory class students will enhance their coordination and other skills through fun drills and games. Hand eye coordination, footwork, and reaction time are just a few that will be focused on in this class.
The gym is at the heart of this class, where children will play a variety of different sports and games each week to improve team skills, body control, balance and hand/eye coordination. Perfect for children who enjoy being active.
