Teen Fitness Center Orientation

FREE for fitness center members.

Does your teen want to come workout in the fitness center? Plan to attend this 2-session program to learn fitness center basics including proper etiquette and technique. Teens ages 13-15 must have training with fitness center staff to be able to work out in the fitness center. Free for fitness center members but please register by October 1 for October 8 and October 30 for November 5.
