Preschool Aquatics Level 2

A class focused on skill development for young swimmers who are comfortable in the water.

Instructor: Aquatics staff
Ages 3 – 5

Level 2 helps children gain greater independence in their skills and develop more comfort in and around water. Skills to be taught include entering and exiting the water, bobbing, opening eyes underwater and retrieving submerged objects, front floating, back gliding and floating, rolling from front to back and back to front, treading water using arms and legs, combining arm and leg actions on front and back, finning arm action on back and age-appropriate water safety skills.
