In this class, children will be introduced to the joy of body movement and awareness through gymnastics, fitness exercises and educational motor development games. Children will develop flexibility, strength, coordination and balance. 

CORE Kids Academy’s mission is to instill and develop confidence by enhancing each child’s own capabilities through personal coaching in a group setting.
