Tai Chi

March 13th - May 8th (no class April 17th)

Ages 18+

This program is for anyone who wants to improve their physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. No experience necessary. Based on Yang Style Tai Chi and Qi Gong, this class is easy on your joints and has an emphasis on balance, agility, breathing and inner peacefulness. No equipment or special gear required—just comfortable clothes.

Kids Exercise

March 14th - May 9th (no class April 4th)

Mondays @ 4:30PM - 5:15PM

Ages 6-11

This class will include a variety of fun, engaging exercises to keep kids active. Led by John Christmas, a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, kids will enjoy music while they learn and practice safe exercises and play fitness games.

Women's Wellness

June 7th - August 4th (no class July 5th or July 7th)

Tuesday & Thursdays @ 7:00AM - 7:45AM

Ages 18+

Do you want to feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally? Set goals and reach them in this motivating class. You will see results! You will feel better! This 8-week session that meets twice a week is taught by a certified health coach, group exercise/barre instructor. This class will help you tone most importantly, build strength! Class will have tiny bursts of cardio plus help full body movement in four parts: planks/push-ups, thighs, glutes and core. You will develop control and endurance throughout your entire body though emphasis on alignment and breathing.

Yoga for Parkinson's Gentle Flow Chair Yoga

March 15th - May 12th (no class April 5th or April 7th)

Tuesday & Thursdays @ 2:45PM - 3:45PM

Ages 18+

Yoga for Parkinson’s Gentle Flow Chair Yoga focuses on chair-based yoga sequences designed to encourage gentle mobility, breath control, strength, flexibility, and balance. Class includes both seated and standing postures using a chair for support. This class does not involve transitions to and from the floor.

Functional Power for Kids & Teens

March 15th - May 10th (no class April 5th)

Ages 10-14

Functional Power for Kids & Teens is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers to help them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. This class is perfect for learning effective exercise as well as conditioning to prepare for sports seasons.
