Hours of Operation
Pool opens 30 minutes after facility opening and closes 30 minutes prior to facility closing.

Class size is limited to 20.
This series of classes will offer guidance through functional movements which benefit our physical, emotional and spiritual well being and train our overall balance and inner awareness. No experience necessary. Based on various Taiji (Tai Chi) forms as well as Qigong (Chi-gong) breathing and patterned movements for breath practices and longevity. Dress comfortably with flat, flexible shoes.
Cheri Wolff has trained in several Tai Chi forms and has successfully competed in National Tournaments with Open Hand forms and the partner practice of Push Hands. She subscribes to the practice of Tai chi as an essential way to calm the mind and connect the body. Cheri has been teaching in Richmond for nearly 20 years.
