Basketball and Soccer Training

Ages 6 and Up

Basketball & Soccer Training is available for anyone interested in taking their game to the next level. Each session is 30-minutes long and our coaches can tailor the workouts to your goals. Training sessions are available during open gym times and when our coaches are available.

Training is for ages 6 and up. Semi-private sessions are for 2+ people per coach. Participants in semi-private training must be close in age/skill level.

Performance by the Latin Ballet of Virginia

Marcel Marceau was a French actor who was known internationally for his emotional and elegant performance as a mime. In France during WWII, Marceau used his art of mime to save Jewish children during the Holocaust. 

Under the creative direction of Ana Anais King, the Latin Ballet of Virginia will bring the Marcel Marceau story, A Silent Hero, to life through ballet.
