Courses

Shallow Water Aerobics

Multiple days and times available

Ages 18+

This water aerobics class is great for adults looking for a fun, low-impact physical activity. During class you will perform various movements in shallow water to improve joint flexibility, range of motion, and muscle strength to the sound of up-beat music!

Tabata Training with Amy!

September 10 - December 17

Wednesdays

Join Amy for a shallow water Tabata workout. Her Tabata workout consists of 30 minutes of interval training that is a total body cardio blast! She will balance out this high energy workout with 15 minutes of mindful stretching designed to improve muscular flexibility and joint range of motion.

Deep Water Aerobics

Multiple days and times available

Ages 18+

This water aerobics class is great for adults looking for a fun, low-impact physical activity. During class you will perform various movements in 8-10 feet of water to improve joint flexibility, range of motion, and muscle strength. Aqua belts are provided and are required to participate.

WATERinMOTION®

September 11 – December 18

WATERinMOTION® is the groundbreaking aqua exercise workout that provides a low impact, high-energy challenge for participants of all ages, skill and fitness levels. Jump in and make a splash with this dynamic cardiovascular full body workout. With land equivalent intensity, fantastic sing-along quality music, and passionate instructors, enjoy the pure fun of this 45-minute water extravaganza! Aqua-skeptics will forever become aqua-FANS when they “Catch the Wave”!

S'WET™

September 11 - December 18

S’WET™ is a Structured Water Exercise Training designed to incorporate unique blocks focused on H.I.I.T., strength and advanced cardio training, plus a splash of fun, that will challenge your entire body and make you S’WET!

Aqua Combat

September 9 – December 16

ABS™ Aqua Combat, where aquatic resistance meets the intensity of kickboxing and mixed martial arts. This easy-to-implement, explosive aqua cardio program will have your students punching, kicking, and rebounding like seasoned MMA professionals. With 12 rounds of core-rotational combos and metabolic conditioning spikes, our aqua combat classes enhance muscular strength, endurance, and coordination, propelling your members’ fitness journey to new heights.
