S’WET™ is a Structured Water Exercise Training designed to incorporate unique blocks focused on H.I.I.T., strength and advanced cardio training, plus a splash of fun, that will challenge your entire body and make you S’WET!
S’WET™ Silver is a low-impact water workout blending LIIT, joint mobility, and functional movement to support strength, balance, and daily living—designed especially for active adults, aging athletes, and participants seeking a balanced, full-body workout.
This class uses Arthritis Foundation principles to aid in balance, range of motion and muscular endurance, with a splash of cardio to keep the body warm. It is appropriate for beginners to advanced exercises who suffer from limited mobility due to arthritis or injury.
Join Amy for a shallow water Tabata workout. Her Tabata workout consists of 30 minutes of interval training that is a total body cardio blast! She will balance out this high energy workout with 15 minutes of mindful stretching designed to improve muscular flexibility and joint range of motion.
