SWET™ is a Structured Water Exercise Training designed to incorporate unique blocks focused on H.I.I.T., strength and advanced cardio training in the shallow end of the pool that will challenge your entire body and make you S’WET. Every other week, we will S’WET™ DEEP and focus on suspended work, optimizing muscle contractions through structured deep-water exercises and movements. S’WET™ DEEP utilizes steady state conditioning, isolation work, and strategic body angles to effectively strengthen the core and ensure a comprehensive full-body water workout.
