This water aerobics class is great for adults looking for a fun, low-impact physical activity. 

During class you will perform various movements in 8-10 feet of water to improve joint flexibility, range of motion, and muscle strength. 

Aqua belts are provided and are required to participate.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

This class will take place at Meadowbrook Country Club, 3700 Cogbill Road, Richmond, VA 23234.

Participants should bring their own towels and toiletries as needed. Please park in the designated lot next to the aquatics center—do not park in the main clubhouse lot or cut through the putting greens.

We recommend allowing extra time to get to your first class and familiarize yourself with the new, temporary location.
