Kate Hopkins, BSN, RN, LCCE has been a doula and yoga teacher since 2017, a Registered Nurse since 2020, and a Labor and Delivery Nurse since 2023. She is a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, and a Body Ready Method® Certified Pro.
Before getting into birthwork, she worked in local and regenerative agriculture, conservation, and outdoor education, as well as driving a bike taxi in New Orleans.
She is also a writer, Craniosacral therapist, menstrual cycle educator, podcaster, and generally really enthusiastic about the earth, the body, and the wild + mystifying experience of being human.
