Birth Essentials is a two-hour workshop designed for expectant parents who may already have some familiarity with birth and want to deepen their understanding. Together, we’ll explore the stages of labor, common medical interventions, mindfulness techniques, comfort measures including breathing and labor positions, and how to create a birth plan that reflects your values.
