Join us for just one class a week or mix and match as many as your schedule allows—we know flexibility is key during the holidays, and this is the perfect chance to try something new!

Whether you’re looking to keep your routine going, explore a different class, or just dip your toes into water fitness, this package is designed to fit your needs. Not ready to commit? We also offer an easy drop-in pass for anyone who wants to check things out first.

Class Descriptions

Where aquatic resistance meets the intensity of kickboxing and mixed martial arts. This easy-to-implement, explosive aqua cardio program will have your students punching, kicking, and rebounding like seasoned MMA professionals. With 12 rounds of core-rotational combos and metabolic conditioning spikes, our aqua combat classes enhance muscular strength, endurance, and coordination, propelling your members’ fitness journey to new heights.

Get ready to groove, splash, and tone in this upbeat twist on traditional line dancing—set in the pool! Aqua Line Dancing combines fun, easy-to-follow dance moves with the resistance of water for a low-impact, full-body workout. You’ll dance to a variety of lively rhythms while improving coordination, balance, and muscle tone. Class finishes with a relaxing, extended stretch to leave you refreshed and renewed.

Is a low-impact water workout blending LIIT, joint mobility, and functional movement to support strength, balance, and daily living—designed especially for active adults, aging athletes, and participants seeking a balanced, full-body workout. This workout can be done in both the shallow end and deep end of the lap pool at the same time.

Find your calm and restore your balance in our Shallow Water Aqua Zen class. This gentle, low-impact workout blends fluid movement, mindful breathing, and light resistance exercises to help reduce stress, improve flexibility, and increase overall body awareness. The buoyancy of the water supports your joints while providing a soothing environment perfect for stretching and relaxation.

This water fitness class is great for adults looking for a fun, low-impact physical activity. During class you will perform various movements in 8-10 feet of water to improve joint flexibility, range of motion, and muscle strength. Aqua belts are provided and are required to participate.

A Structured Water Exercise Training designed to incorporate unique blocks focused on H.I.I.T., strength and advanced cardio training in the shallow end of the pool that will challenge your entire body and make you S’WET. S’WET™ DEEP utilizes steady state conditioning, isolation work, and strategic body angles to effectively strengthen the core and ensure a comprehensive full-body water workout.

Tabata workout consists of 30 minutes of interval training, which is a total body cardio blast! She will balance out this high energy workout with 15 minutes of mindful stretching designed to improve muscular flexibility and joint range of motion.

The groundbreaking aqua exercise workout that provides a low impact, high-energy challenge for participants of all ages, skill and fitness levels. Jump in and make a splash with this dynamic cardiovascular full body workout. Aqua-skeptics will forever become aqua-FANS when they “Catch the Wave”!
