Looking to tone up and trim down? This low-impact but high results 45-minute full body workout focuses on strength training and isometric movements. 

This class strengthens and fine tunes your main muscle groups and muscles you may not even know you have! Slower paced moves with lighter weights to contract your muscles in a different way. 

Join this specialized class where you will get individual attention from Katie and learn the best way to move your specific body. Each move can be modified or amplified depending on your specific needs.

Katie Brown is a Certified Health Coach and Fitness Instructor with years of experience teaching and coaching individual growth in a group fitness environment
