Hours of Operation
Pool opens 30 minutes after facility opening and closes 30 minutes prior to facility closing.

Class size limited to 12.
In this eight-week course, participants will be guided in weekly-themed gentle yoga and movement for half of the class time, followed by prompts for reflection, sharing, and learning with each other for the other half of class time. This integrative approach will offer participants the opportunity to deepen their connections with their whole being (body, mind, and spirit) and be part of a larger community of learning.
Michele Nierle is a yoga and mindful movement teacher and has designed, implemented, and facilitated engaging whole-person centered programming in various settings for almost two decades. Her lifework includes the inquiry, practice, and application of reintegrating body with mind as a pathway to our collective healing.
