For the more advanced young swimmers who are extremely comfortable in the water and swimming independently with breaths.

Preschool Level 3 helps children start to gain basic swimming propulsive skills to be comfortable in and around water. 

Skills to be taught include entering the water, fully submerging, and holding breath in the water, bobbing, rotary breathing, front, jellyfish and tuck floating, front and back floating or gliding with recoveries, changing direction of travel while swimming on front and back, finning arm action on back and age-appropriate water safety topics.
