Fitness Class @ Group Exercise Studio: 5:00 – 5:45 PM

As a busy adult navigating the demands of everyday life, finding time for yourself amidst a bustling schedule can be a challenge. Our newly launched 8-week wellness program is designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

Dedicate 45 minutes twice weekly to our full-body workouts with weekly group sessions with a life coach to support your journey towards a balanced lifestyle. These sessions are an opportunity to learn together while connecting with peers who share your aspirations for health and wellness.
