Here’s to the Ladies: Conversations with More of the Great Women of Musical Theater

From the author of titles Nothing Like a Dame and A Wonderful Guy, Here’s to the Ladies is Eddie Shapiro’s latest collection of intimate, career-encompassing conversations with yet more of Broadway’s most prolific and fascinating leading women.

 In this fun-filled evening, Eddie Shapiro will share detailed stories and reflections of his conversations with such luminaries as Barbara Cook, Kelli O’Hara, Heather Headley, Faith Prince, and others.

 Local talent, including audience favorite, Desiree Roots, will perform noteworthy scenes from the musicals, highlighting both the great women AND the great men of musical theater. Together, they tell the story of what it means to be a lead on Broadway over the past fifty years.
