Small Group Training at The WELL – September thru December Get your workout therapy at The WELL! Full-body workouts are designed to build strength and endurance, using the energy of the group and the expertise of certified instructors to maximize your results. The WELL offers 3 styles: Strength: Whole body strength training using Kettlebells and TRX to develop balance, flexibility, and core stability. Performance: High-intensity interval training sessions that will mix cardio and strength training in both circuit and group style classes. Power: High-intensity strength and conditioning sessions involving cardio, weight training, body weight, and core exercises.
