The WELL (Formerly Small Group Training)

Get your workout therapy at The WELL! Full-body workouts designed to build strength and endurance, using the energy of the group and the expertise of certified instructors to maximize your results. 

The WELL offers 3 styles:

  • Strength: Whole body strength training using Kettlebells and TRX to develop balance, flexibility and core stability. 
  • Performance: High intensity interval training sessions that will mix cardio and strength training in both circuit and group style classes.
  • Power: High intensity strength and conditioning sessions involving cardio, weight training, body weight and core exercises.

Monthly Packages

  • 4 sessions: $50M, $70NM
  • 8 sessions: $75M, $95NM
  • Unlimited: $100M, $120NM
  • Drop-in: $15M per class, $20NM
  • Fall 10-Session Package: $99M, $129NM

Pilates Reformer Training

Instructor: Kerry Taniguchi

Ages: 16+

Improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and balance with this unique workout. Learn better posture and more efficient movement, and experience relief from pain associated with physical imbalances.
