The WELL (formerly Small Group Training)


Get your workout therapy at The WELL! Full-body workouts designed to build strength and endurance, using the energy of the group and the expertise of certified instructors to maximize your results. 

The WELL offers 3 styles:

  • Strength: Whole body strength training using Kettlebells and TRX to develop balance, flexibility and core stability. 
  • Performance: High intensity interval training sessions that will mix cardio and strength training in both circuit and group style classes.
  • Power: High intensity strength and conditioning sessions involving cardio, weight training, body weight and core exercises.

Workout to feel better, to look better, to BE better. Get sweaty with your best friend or make a new workout buddy in our group training sessions! Starting in December, The WELL will now be open to non-members! 

With a team environment to motivate you through that last rep, your results are waiting just beyond that burpee. Our certified instructors will keep you challenged and engaged with expert attention on your path to WELLness.

Monthly Packages

  • 4 sessions: $50M, $70NM
  • 8 sessions: $75M, $95NM
  • Unlimited: $100M, $120NM
  • Drop-in: $15M per class, $20NM

Pick up your copy of the brand new schedule at the Center for all class times and descriptions, and make sure to bring your completed Participant Waiver when you stop by for your first session!
