In this class, we will continue to deepen our practice. In this 10 week session, we will experience Yoga Nidra, a state of deep relaxation, providing our body and mind the optimal opportunity to conduct its important maintenance and repair work. We will work with our breath through Pranayama, the vital link in calming the mind and then go into our Meditation practice. A Meditation cushion is recommended or if you require a chair, one will be provided.
