Perhaps you have heard yourself saying something like this. In this 8-week course, we will demystify this ancient science and learn the fundamentals of establishing a successful practice. We will learn the importance of breath and how it relates to the stress in our lives. We will learn how small changes can
make a big difference in how we relate to ourselves and the world around us.
This course is for everyone and no prior experience is necessary.
