Do you want to feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally? Participants will meet with Wellness Coach Allison Snyder to set and evaluate goals throughout the program. To motivate and help achieve success, this fitness series features:

-Before and after fitness assessment and body measurements

-Nutrition awareness

-Cardio and strength interval training

-Core development
