These workouts for all fitness levels will help you reach your fitness goals. By working in small groups led by certified personal trainers, you will receive the motivation and inspiration you need while gettinga challenging but fun workout. Try TRX, Kettlebells, Circuit and HIIT training on the torque equipment. All workouts are exciting and different. Get your heart rate up in one of the 15+ classes each week. Pick up your copy of the class calendar at the Center for all class times and descriptions, and make sure to bring your completed Participant Waiver when you stop by for your first class!

Our season starts with a skills evaluation (Sunday, September 10) followed by a selection process to determine teams. The only requests taken for team placement are sibling requests. Safety, skill development, and fun are the focus. Each participant receives an NFL jersey and flag belt. Practice prior to each game will be facilitated by volunteer coaches. All practices and games are held on Sundays at Quioccasin Middle School. Volunteer coaches facilitate practices prior to each game. Sign up early, because limited space is available in each division! The season begins Sunday, September 17th and ends Sunday, November 5th
--Kindergarten and 1st grade – 12:30 PM practice, 1:15 PM games
--2nd and 3rd grade – 2:00 PM practice, 2:45 PM games
--4th and 5th grade – 3:30 PM practice, 4:15 PM games

Jr. NFL Flag Football is truly a great way for your kids to fall in love with the game of football while learning the fundamentals, spending time outdoors and making great new friends. Richmond, Virginia’s first and only babywearing fitness class. This is a 40-minute scalable fitness class that includes cardio, strengthening, toning and stretching, all while wearing your infant or toddler in a baby carrier. The class provides a flexible solution to working out and simultaneously meeting your child’s needs.
Not only will you get a great workout, but your baby will also benefit while being worn during class:
Moms must be cleared by their doctor to resume activity. Please bring your own carrier. This class is done with bare feet.

This water aerobics class is great for adults looking for a fun, social, low-impact physical activity. During class you will perform various movements in shallow water to improve joint flexibility, range of motion and muscle strength. If you have recently had medical issues, a medical release is required before attending class. Please indicate any medical issues or limitations on your registration form. If you miss a class, you may attend another day of the week with approval from the Aquatics Director.
