Our 2018 Camp Magazines are out NOW, and our Members-Only Camp Registration day is just a few weeks away! Mark your calendars for Sunday, February 4 so you can register your child for all of the fun camps and activities we've got planned for this summer before registration opens to the public on February 5!
These workouts for all fitness levels will help you reach your fitness goals. By working in small groups led by certified personal trainers, you will receive the motivation and inspiration you need while getting a challenging but fun workout. Try TRX, Kettlebells, Circuit and HIIT training on the torque equipment. All workouts are exciting and different. Get your heart rate up in one of the 15+ sessions each week. Pick up your copy of the calendar at the Center for all class times and descriptions, and make sure to bring your completed Participant Waiver when you stop by for your first session!
*Sessions are purchased on a monthly basis; no contracts. Sessions auto-renew on the first of each month unless communicated via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The season will begin with a skill evaluation held on January 7, 2018. The skill evaluation is done in an effort to get a sense of each child’s skill level and thus make teams as even as possible. Team and coaching requests are limited to siblings. Volunteer coaches needed!
Each week the fundamentals of basketball are the focus which include dribbling, passing, shooting, lay ups, defense, and rebounding. Safety, skill development, fun, and sportsmanship are imperative. Practices are held each week prior to playing games. All games are held at the Weinstein JCC. Sign up early for our early-bird discount! Mommy & Me Yoga provides a comfortable, supportive environment where moms can meet other moms and have special bonding time with their babies. This class provides moms the opportunity to regain strength and muscle tone as well as alleviate neck, shoulder, and back pain through exploration of movement in yogic postures with your baby. Prior yoga experience is not necessary.
